Support at Home is Australia’s new aged care system replacing Home Care Packages and CHSP.
It provides one simplified, flexible program so older people can get the right level of help to stay safely independent at home.
Services include personal care, domestic help, transport, social support, nursing, home maintenance and more.
A My Aged Care assessor will complete your assessment and assign you a Support at Home Classification Level (1–8) based on your needs.
Each level has a set quarterly budget that you can use with your approved provider.
